I travel to locations around the U.S. by car to practice what has been called "car-seat photography". I've returned to favorite locations like the Everglades, Merritt Island NWR, Blackwater NWR, and the Yellowstone-Teton NP on a regular basis. As I'm 68, don't do much hiking these days. Two - The impact of the Tetons which fill the windscreen as you drive towards them, their presence unobstructed by foothills. The wildlife opportunities of Anhinga Trail in the Everglades
Being outside in the twilight periods of the day.

The only photographer I have to impress is me . . .
Canon System - I find their equipment of better quality than any others I've handled, as well as having their equipment for years, migrating my lenses to new bodies.
